Through meditation I connect with the deepest part of myself, a place of silence, a place of exquisite peace.
When I experience my inner peace, I discover my inner power and when that happens, I realise that anything is possible. Through meditation, I rediscover my relationship with the Supreme Power. When I experience God’s love in this way, I realize that I am never alone and that I can navigate all of life’s difficulties with grace and ease
Rajyoga Meditation, as taught by The Brahma Kumaris, is a way to breath new energy into my life using both wisdom and silent practice.
Using the vehicle of my thoughts, I touch what is eternal and most powerful within me. By connecting with my inner wisdom, I emerge my original qualities of peace, natural happiness and unconditional love. This knowledge-based meditation not only deepens my understanding and experience of myself, but also deepens my relationships with others. Ultimately, this practice rekindles my relationship with the presence of Divine love, the one we call the Supreme Being, the Supreme Soul.
Meditation energizes your awareness, bringing both peace and wisdom to a busy mind. It expands one’s capacity to love, and heals broken hearts.
It also dissolves many fears, replacing them with lightness and freedom from anxiety. But perhaps the greatest gift that meditation brings is the glow of inner peace that is both gentle and strong.
